As the grandson of the late Ms. Kitty Hulling (of Miss Hullings Cafeterias and Bakeries), Bill Hildebrand has learned the importance of serving comfort food and giving personal service to each and every one of his customers.   Bill has 30+ years in food service and has created a menu and setting which appeals to people of all ages.

Blue Sky Café has a fun and friendly atmosphere, great food and drinks, and a great service staff.  Come and enjoy our two plasma tv’s behind the bar with half price pizzas and chicken wings during happy hour Monday – Friday from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. and also during all Cardinal, Rams and Blues games (in bar only).  Listen to the live music on Thursday nights featuring local musicians.  Thursday night is ladies nights as well with $5 martini specials.  We also have a seasonal outside patio which seats 50 people.
